I don't run a base rate plus a pile of specialty fees. Most companies do — ants in the kitchen, that's an extra charge. Scorpions in the garage, that's an add-on fee. Spiders in the garage, a different line item. My plan price covers whatever common pest I find on your property, treated the same visit, no upcharge just because you've got more than one problem.
No hidden fees. No pest-by-pest math. No surprises on the pests your plan covers.

The exceptions: termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, wildlife, and Africanized honey bees aren't offered yet — I don't do full termite service, bed bug treatment, mosquito control, or wildlife/bee removal, and I'd rather tell you that straight than send you to something I'm not equipped to handle right. When I add those services, my customers will be the first to know.

German roaches are a little different too — they don't respond to a single treatment the way most common pests do, so they run on their own multi-visit plan instead of the flat rate: a few scheduled visits over several weeks to actually knock the problem out, not just spray and hope. I'll walk you through pricing for that upfront if they turn up during your inspection.

Mouse trapping is included in your plan. If you're dealing with rats instead, call or text me a photo — that's a different situation than mice, and we can talk through what makes sense for your property.

We Treat
Every visit includes a full perimeter treatment, baseboards, entry points, and the cracks and crevices around every door and window, where scorpions, ants, spiders, and other common pests are actually getting in. That's standard coverage, not blanket spraying.
What changes is everything beyond that. If you've got a specific problem, ants in the kitchen, scorpions in the garage, I treat that area directly based on what I actually find during inspection. I'm not walking through fogging every room whether you need it or not. Only what's actually there gets extra attention.

We Follow Up
If a common pest covered under your plan shows up again within 14 days of a visit, I come back and treat it at no extra charge. Your plan price never changes based on which covered pest I find.
Residential Service
I protect West Valley homes from scorpions, spiders, ants, roaches, crickets, fleas, ticks, silverfish, earwigs, and mice (trapping). Every visit includes a full exterior treatment, plus interior treatment as needed. No generic checklists, no upselling — just targeted protection based on what I actually find at your property.
Commercial Service
I offer straightforward pest management for small offices, shops, and facilities across Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Tonopah, and the West Valley. Every commercial job starts with a site visit so I can quote it accurately and make sure I'm set up to handle it right. Minimal disruption to your business, and reduced-impact treatment options available on request.
Flexible Pricing
Every High Noon plan is owner-operated. I'm not the cheapest in town because I don't rush, I don't use junior techs, and I don't hide fees.

How my pricing works: I charge a flat rate for all common pests I find, so you aren't nickel-and-dimed for extra spiders or ants. Your first visit includes a $75 inspection and treatment fee to get the property stabilized. Because German roaches require a multi-visit strategy to actually eliminate the colony, they are quoted separately. You can choose a Flexible month-to-month plan that you can cancel anytime with notice or lock in a 12-month commitment to save $10-$15 per visit. Since I personally handle every job, you're paying for mid-market rates with premium owner-operator attention.

Do I pay extra for the first visit?
Yes. There is a one-time $75 fee for your first visit. This covers a full check of your home and your first full treatment. After that, you’re on your regular plan price.
Can I get a better deal?
Yes. If you sign up for a full year, you get a lower price per visit than the cancel-anytime plan. Ask me for the exact numbers for your schedule.
Why is your price not the cheapest?
You’re paying for the owner to do the work. I do every job myself, not a random tech from a call center. My prices sit in the middle of the Phoenix market and reflect careful, pro work on your home every visit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. High Noon Exterminators is fully licensed and insured in Arizona, and I hold a Level One fingerprint clearance card so you can feel safe having me at your home.
