I spent two and a half years working pest control for a corporate company before starting High Noon. Long enough to see how it actually works: you get to know your customers, real relationships, the kind where "dad needs the crawl space checked" turns into you making sure it gets done right, and then you watch the company make decisions two states away that you have no say in and no good answer for. Techs rotate out. Prices creep up. And when a customer asks why, you're the one standing on their porch with nothing real to tell them.
I got tired of being the middleman for decisions I didn't believe in. So I started High Noon to do it the way I always wished I could — my customers, my relationships, my accountability. If something's wrong, you call me, not a call center. If you're going through a hard stretch, I'll work with you on it, because I actually know who you are.
I'm a disabled Air Force veteran and a father of four. This isn't a side hustle, it's what I do instead of ever going back to being a number on someone else's spreadsheet.
