Waddell is still a place where irrigated acreage, horse properties, new neighborhoods and open desert can sit surprisingly close together.

Around older properties, irrigation and established vegetation can provide moisture and shelter for insects. Around newer development, grading and construction can disturb existing hiding places. And closer to undeveloped land and the White Tanks, homes sit alongside natural desert habitat.

That's why I don't treat every Waddell property like it's the same house. I look at what's actually surrounding your property and where the pest pressure is coming from.
